Pre-treatment -  All Tile & Grout are pre-treated with special agents that breakdown and suspend the soil in the more highly soiled areas for easier removal.

 

Warm Water Extraction - Special truck mounted equipment cleans deep.  Dirt, soil, soapy residue and powders left by previous cleaners are extracted and discharged through our hose into the truck outside leaving nothing in your home but beautiful, clean Tile & Grout.

 

Sealing - The Tile & grout is then sprayed with a sealer that will keep your grout and tile looking its best for longer.
