Our pricing strategy is simple. Our "per square foot pricing" is the fairest in the industry, meaning that you are only charged for the actual area cleaned. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies who charge you per room, where even a short hallway, or a small bathroom are considered rooms, and large rooms like living rooms are counted as 2 rooms, we at Hoover Restoration will only charge you for the actual work done. we DIDN'T clean! We charge a flat per square foot fee, and this includes everything you will need to have your carpets looking beautiful again. We will move and replace most furniture (sorry, we can't move breakables or items over 200lbs), vacuum, spray a pre-treatment, do pre-spotting, and then follow up with a warm water extraction.
