At Hoover Restoration our "per square foot" pricing is the fairest in the industry.  Don't be fooled by other carpet cleaning companies who advertise an unbelievably low price, only to gouge you once they walk through your door.  You will get what you pay for.  Our helpful telephone operator can easily quote estimates, but charges are based ONLY on the actual total square footage of carpet cleaned.  Areas to be cleaned are carefully measured so that you are never overcharged.  Our pricing includes everything you will need to have your carpets looking and feeling like new again.  What does this charge include?  Each professional cleaning will consist of:

 

Vacuuming -  Always the first step.  Our heavy-duty commercial vacuum will be used to remove dry, abrasive, fiber-damaging soils.  We do this so you don't have to.

 

Pre-treatment -  All carpets are pre-treated with special agents that breakdown and suspend the soil in the more highly soiled areas for easier removal.

 

Pre-spotting - For the most difficult stains, we have a wide variety of professional spotting agents that are designed not to damage your carpets or alter their original color.  An additional charge may be added for the removal of certain stains, but you will always be notified for approval before any work has begun.

 

Warm Water Extraction - Special truck mounted equipment cleans deep without wetting the back of your carpets.  Dirt, soil, soapy residue and powders left by previous cleaners are extracted and discharged through our hose into the truck outside leaving nothing in your home but beautiful, clean carpets.

 

Furniture Moving - Most of your furniture will be carefully moved and replaced upon completion of the cleaning process.  Protective tabs or blocks are placed under your furniture to protect your carpet.

Other services, such as carpet protection and odor control are available upon request.  Charges for these services are figured based only on the actual area covered.
