Misconception #1: You Should Wait as Long As Possible Before Cleaning Your Carpet

This cuts your carpet, just as if you had used a knife. This "cutting" effect causes your carpet to wear out faster. Dirty carpet simply will not last as long as clean carpet. Most carpet manufacturers recommend cleaning every 6-18 months depending on the amount of foot traffic.

Misconception #2: The Only Reason to Clean Your Carpet is to Remove Dirt
